The first steep that candidates have in order to know some tips regarding the field that he or she is  going to pursued.  Candidates can meet  a professional from human resources department  and see what are the expectation that they have as a company or   What are the requirements, experience, skills and education  that a candidate needs in order to be hire. Information interview is a great opportunity to meet people that might be our potential employee and also create a network and get involve in your future field. In contrast, doing the interview candidates  might realize that  they  do not have certain skills that are require in that field, this kind of job demands to work on weekends,  or work long hours every day, as a worker you have to achieve certain goals every months, as a result you work  under pressure, etc. Candidates have to know that doing the information interview  must follow certain tips in order to succeed such as dress  and act professionally, make a good first impression that could help you in a future reference that you might need. Be specific regarding questions and be on time, you could bring a  hard copy of your resume just in case they want to see it or live it for a future job opportunity. I believe that   it is a fantastic chance that we have as  students to see what we really need in our future jobs and what our future employee seek for candidates.

How do you keep your employees motivate?
